it's kind of hard to fathom that in exactly one week from right now, i'll be landing back in germany. it feels like the time just drifted by...and especially because i feel as though i used that principle of not looking forward to it. i've been focusing on the being scared rather than being excited...a tactic that surprisingly made the time just fly by. instead of watching my countdown timer with anticipation, i watch with dread. i am scared.
