ready, steady, lists!

List of places I would consider living other than Madison:
1. Boston
2. Chicago
3. Washington DC (actually the surrounding areas, particularly the Maryland side)
4. London
5. Berlin
6. San Fransisco
7. Baltimore
8. Providence
9. Portland
10. Probably others, but I can't vouch for them at the moment. In earlier years, Orlando would have been a viable option, but in light of recent summer Floridan experiences, I don't think I could safely handle the humidity.

List of duties I have at my new lab job:
1. Make media (7H10 slants, HMM solution, BHI plates, Various agar, dye, and dilute solutions.
2. Fill pipette tip boxes.
3. Fill dishwasher and hand wash smaller dishes.
4. Empty and autoclave biohazardous waste.
5. Empty pipette basins, unstuff pipettes, wash and rinse pipettes, dry pipettes, stuff pipettes, bake pipettes.
6. Fill alcohol spray.
7. Fill big distilled water jugs.
8. Take out sharp boxes.
9. Autoclave clean dishware (ie test tubes, beakers, bottles, etc)
10. Refill anti-biotic containers in freezer.
(this is not a comprehensive list, but it's a good picture)

List of things I will do this summer (if all goes according to plan):
1. Read more books.
2. Watch more TV.
3. Work alot.
4. Work out alot. (Maybe start yoga?)
5. Cook and bake more.
6. Not be such a hermit...maybe.
7. Clean my rooms/wash my clothes.
8. Throw away stuff.
9. Watch more movies.
10. Go places.

List of things I really enjoy putting on/in my salads:
1. Sweet Butter mix of lettuce

4. Blackberries
5. Cubed Granny Smith apples
6. Sunflower seeds
7. Dried cranberries
